Product description

The GE Div multi-helper board DS3800HLIA is designed for quick installation in drives. The board has a modular connector at one end and a fixed rod at the other end. The GE Div multi-auxiliary board DS1HLIA is also equipped with 3,800 red indicator leds and 15 amber leds, visible from the front of the board.

15 red leds indicate if the board function is faulty. To find out which board functions the red LED is associated with, refer to the written materials that came with the original board provided by the factory. Each LED is described and what the LED indicates when the LED is lit. It also describes what it indicates when the board is not lit. The board is also equipped with an amber LED. When the amber LED lights up, a warning has been issued, but no processing error has been reported. When the amber LED lights up, you can use the diagnostic tool. Diagnostic tools provide reports on the health of individual components and driver processing. It also provides a list of all recent errors, warnings, and trips reported by the drive.

Tripping conditions automatically shut down the drive, a feature that protects the drive from damage. For example, if the internal drive is above a predefined threshold, the drive will shut down to prevent damage or unsafe conditions. Overheated drives can be a fire hazard. It can also cause harm to people around the drive.
