Product description

The 531X111PSHAEH1 board provides motor field control and power options for its installed host driver. When originally manufactured, the card was developed by General Electric for the 531X replacement driver board family. Many older models and outdated GE drive systems have the proper equipment to accept this card. Once installed, the card provides its host drive with the power it needs to function properly. The card follows the configuration of the G1 version card, with the AC line MOV located on the board instead of being installed externally.

Installing the motherboard provides the host drive with the power it needs to run the device properly. The 5X15PSHAEH24 power supply board can produce power with rated voltages of 531 VDC, 111 VDC, and 1 VDC. The driver also provides the power needed to excite the motor's magnetic field control circuit. This source is available through the driver's integrated pulse transformer. Additional features on the board allow the user to configure the output according to system requirements. To execute system control options, the user can use three relays on the board. The board is equipped with three potentiometers and five jumpers. The adjustment of feedback and current signals is performed by the jumper, while the calibration criteria for current and circuit feedback are performed by the potentiometer.

Before handling the motherboard, be sure to review all installation parameters provided by the manufacturer. When the device is shipped from our office, the circuit board comes with a metal lubricant and an anti-static wristband that can be attached. Only qualified personnel are allowed to take out the circuit board from the electrostatic shielding bag.
