Freelance 800F系统通过系统总线将系统中的过程站、操作员站和工程师站连接在一起。

系统总线完全依照DIN/ISO 8802，Part3（IEEE802.3）以太网标准，可以使用双绞线、光纤或同轴电缆。系统总线也可以使用该标准接入到100Mbit/s网络设备提升系统骨干网的通信速度。

系统总线有以下特点：

The Freelance 800F system connects process stations, operator stations, and engineer stations in the system through the system bus.

The system bus is in full compliance with DIN/ISO 8802, Part3 (IEEE802.3) Ethernet standards and can use twisted pair, fiber or coaxial cable. The system bus can also use this standard to connect to 100Mbit/s network devices to improve the communication speed of the system backbone network.

The system bus has the following features:
